Final 2009 Shootout Results

The Shootout with the Pro's is starting it's third season. It is a monthly series of events that will run from April through October. These events will be held the last or next to last Wednesday of each month. Events are open to both men and women that have a current USGA Handicap and are members of Fairfield Glade Community Club. The series will culminate with a Shootout with the Pro's the last Wednesday of October for 18 qualifiers and the 9-golf professional's. The Golf Professionals will also be playing in each monthly event. Cumberland Eye Care will sponsor these events.

Entry Information:

The entry fee for each event will be $10.00 plus golf. Each event will have team skins along with the top 3 teams in each event. Winners will be paid with gift cards, which can be used at all the golf shops and can be used for merchandise or golf.

Format:

The format for each event will be a scramble. Events are open to both men and women with a current established USGA Handicap. All players must be signed up by the Monday preceding the event. All names will put be into the computer and the computer will select the teams. The 9 golf professionals will be playing each month and will be put into the computer just like everyone else to determine whom they play with.

Prizes:

The top three teams will be paid with merchandise credit. Based on a full field the payout will be as follows:
1. $45.00 per player
2. $27.00 per player
3. $18.00 per player

There will also be $100.00 in the skins pool.
