Member Preferred Rate Card Rules and Information |

The Members Preferred Rate
Card allows the cardholder and/or spouse of cardholder only to
play golf at the current preferred round rate for 9 or 18 holes.
You will load the member preferred rate card with money (currently
$550.00) and apply this towards the current preferred round rates.
The card does not hold rounds of golf like the old coupon books did.
Cards may be purchased as a single card or a double card. When you
purchase a double card the spouses each have a card. They then
have the ability to use their card at the same time with the fees
being deducted from one pot of money. |

The Members Preferred Rate
Card can only be used for the preferred rate and cannot be used to pay
for walking rates, twilight rates, guest rates, driving range and/or
golf shop merchandise. |

The Members Preferred Rate
Card can be added to with a minimum of $300.00 up to $2,500.00 at one
time. |

In the event of a price
increase to the members preferred round rate, the new round rate will be
deducted from the remaining balance on the members preferred rate card.
If the remaining balance is less than the preferred round rate, the card
must be topped off with the current preferred rate amount to allow the
member to receive the discounted rate. |

Each card comes with a
security number; please make sure you have this number written down in a
safe spot in case of a lost or stolen card. When we are notified
that the card has been lost or stolen we will be able to deactivate the
card and issue a new card with the current balance. |

In case of death, health
related issues, or dropping from the membership roles, a refund in the
form of a gift card would be issued. This will be done at the
Community Club offices located on Peavine Road. |

Timeshare members are
allowed to purchase a Members Preferred Rate Card, but must be in their
timeshare week to be able to qualify for the preferred round rate.
The Timeshare member must present a current member card along with the
Members Preferred Rate Card at the counter to receive the preferred
round rate. |
